Come
join us for our Morning Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar).
No
experience necessary, beginning modifications to all postures are
provided while students with knowledge of postures are encouraged to go
deeper into their own practice. All Ages Welcome.
Price: Beach Yoga $11.00 per
class
Time: Every Day 8:00 am
– 9:00 am
Bring: Water, Sunscreen,
Towel (a towel works better than a Yoga mat in the sand)
Park:
in
the North Lot at Narragansett Town Beach, Pull in the lot and take a right,
park closest to the Main Pavilion; then walk through the Main Pavilion
and straight down towards the ocean)
