Gina Raheb – Gina is the founder
and owner of Natural Fitness, Yoga & Fitness. She is a certified Ashtanga/Santosha/Hatha Yoga
Instructor; and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She maintains her own personal practice
and studies in: Hatha,
Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Gina has been practicing & studying Yoga for over 12 years after
discovering it's many benefits and compliments to running, cycling, weight
lifting and surfing. She has been actively involved in running for 29
years, and cycling and weight lifting for 25 years. She is also an AFPA (American
Fitness Professionals & Associates) Certified Pilates & Free
Weights Instructor. Gina
enjoys sharing ideas from many people she has studied with (Baron Baptiste,
Jimmy Barkan, Maya Breuer, Seane Corn, Betsy Downing, Ana Forrest, Richard
Freeman, John Friend, Tom Gillette, Paul & Suzee Grilley, Vyaas
Houston, Cyndi Lee, Tias Little, Sri Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rae, Rod Stryker,
David Swenson, Rodney Yee).
She opened Natural Fitness Studio in September 2002, in order to
share with everyone the many health benefits of Yoga, Pilates & Free

Daphne Wales is a 200-hour
certified Santosha Yoga Instructor (under Maya Breuer & Lisa Keyes) and
a Registered Yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Her background as a Chiropractic Assistant, studies in
herbal and nutritional remedies, and numerous years of Sacred Earth
teachings complement her meditative and movement experience. Daphne also enjoys dance, Kung Fu,
Tai Chi and surfing. She
brings to our studio, a grounded practice, enabling her students to bring
their body, mind and spirit into their own unique alignment through Yoga.

Heather Schrum has
been practicing Yoga for five years.
She is a PhD student at URI’s Graduate School of Oceanography, and also
spends time teaching Yoga on a research vessels when she is out at sea. She also enjoys running and rock
climbing. For Heather, Yoga is
the key to maintaining a healthy mind & body. She would like to help others experience the physical
and mental strength, as well as confidence and overall well-being that
results from practicing Yoga.
Susan Yoest has been studying and
practicing Yoga for six years.
She enjoys reading inspirational authors: Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz & Dr. Dwayne
Dyer. She uses a variety of
Yoga techniques from her own personal practice in her instruction. Susan live in Narragansett, has a
Masters in Education, and teaches History at Coventry High School.
Barbara Keegan has
learned to use traditional Yoga philosophy to maintain inner strength &
spiritual peace as a result of her successful training for the past 5 years
with Gina Raheb. She dedicates
her spiritual journey to include the art of calming meditation &
movement to increase the flow of energy throughout the body creating a more
peaceful, calming attitude. Barbara
has a MA in Education and has taught K-7 for 30 years. She has also worked at URI.
Dot Zullo has been studying
and practicing Yoga for over 4 years.
She is a competitive race walker who brings the practice of Yoga,
breath, calmness & peace into her race walking as well as into her
profession as a mammographer.
Dot loves to help others increase their flexibility & strength
while sharing the experience of peace, calmness and connection with the
self.

At Natural Fitness we are committed to offering you a place to “take a
breath” and have fun while you improve flexibility, tone &
strength. All instructors will
provide modifications for injuries and will encourage students to
experience their strengths and capabilities in an atmosphere free of
judgment.
