Which Class is Best for Me?
Morning Yoga on the Beach – No experience
necessary. Come join us every
morning, 7 days a week, on Narragansett
Town Beach
and start your day in a positive way with our morning Sun Salutation (Surya
Namaskar).
This class offers a mix of primary Yoga postures, Sun Salutations
and power Yoga postures. All ages
welcome. Bring a towel, water and sunscreen. We are in the sand in between lifeguard
chairs #3 & #4. Rain Location:

Yoga - Offers a wide range of Yoga
postures for students of all levels with focus on proper alignment,
body/mind awareness, breathing techniques, and press points. Beginning modifications to postures are
provided, while students with knowledge of postures are encouraged to
go deeper into their own practice. These classes mix Hatha (hold postures),
Vinyasa (flow postures), & Ashtanga (power) Yoga.
All levels welcome. September thru June: Offered Every Monday and Friday Morning

Heated Yoga - Same as Yoga class
above. Heat will aid in increasing
flexibility, improving endurance, and lymphatic drainage. Designed to
strengthen personal focus, balance, empowerment and endurance. Room temp 95
degrees. All levels welcome. September thru June:
Every Tuesday & Wednesday Night 6:00pm; Every Saturday Morning 9:15am
Yoga For Surfers – This class will focus
on postures designed to target lower back, neck and shoulder pain. Come when you can; it is insurance for
years of pain-free Surfing. J All are welcome (Surfers &
Non-Surfers). ALL YEAR, Thursdays

Yoga Basics - Always wanted to try
Yoga, and still haven't? This is a great place to start. No experience necessary. Yoga Basics is an introduction to primary
Yoga postures, press points and breath awareness. This class is designed to ease you into
Yoga with modified postures and breathing techniques. ALL YEAR, Mondays

Yoga for Teens - Yoga helps teens
relax, focus, build self-esteem and
self-confidence. Learn basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques that
are ideal for students learning to balance school, work, athletics, and
everyday life. ($5.00 per

All Classes - Instructors encourage
students to experience their strengths and capabilities in an atmosphere
free of judgment. Modifications are given to meet each individual’s
needs in all classes.
Design Your Own Class –
for you, friends, family, workplace – your group chooses the type of class,
Yoga Pilates, and/or Free Weights, the time and date – call for details
Personal Instruction Available – YOGA, PILATES, &/or
FREE WEIGHTS. One-on-one instruction
in a private, environment. Gina Raheb is a Certified American
Fitness & Professional Assoc. Free Weight & Pilates Trainer. She has over 500 hours, as an Experienced
Certified Yoga Alliance Instructor.
Gina has been weight training & running (3 hour 25 minute Boston
Marathon, twice J) for over 34 years, and studying Yoga and Pilates for over
17 years.
